Register for LinxOnline access

Telstra Wholesale customers can access and manage accounts online using LinxOnline, our online customer service tool. Our automated systems provide convenient access for:

  • placing and tracking orders electronically;
  • viewing and managing bills online;
  • logging service faults and tracking the progress of repairs;
  • accessing valuable account information including call types and patterns - all of which assist in identifying trends, responding to opportunities and optimising costs.

LinxOnline covers fixed line, DSL, data products, mobile services and billing, all in a secure online environment. Every Telstra Wholesale customer can access LinxOnline for faster, more convenient and cost-effective online service and ordering. This includes resellers, rebillers, ISPs and DSL providers.

To register for access, speak to your account manager or business operations manager.

Digital certificates

We use digital certificates to enhance information security. The digital certificate authenticates the user and validates their access to Telstra Wholesale’s online applications. Only users with a valid digital certificate can access our online applications.

There are two main types of digital certificates: primary and secondary.

A primary digital certificate is a piece of software with a password that authenticates customer access to our online applications. Once applications for registration are approved, customers will receive a single primary digital certificate that will allow them to create, maintain and revoke secondary digital certificates.

A secondary digital certificate can have different levels of access depending on the information the holder should have access to.

Details on managing digital certificates can be found in our Telstra Wholesale digital certificate management user guide (PDF, 593kb).
