Ordering - Our process

Telstra Wholesale customers can place orders with our secure online ordering systems. Orders can also be tracked online.

Our LinxOnline Ordering (LOLO) application covers fixed line, DSL and other data products. This service is available for most residential and business customers.  Mobile service providers can order our mobile services through LinxOnline Mobiles (LOLM).

There are some Telstra Wholesale products and solutions which cannot currently be ordered through our online applications. Our business operations managers can advise on how to order these products.

Customers without access to online ordering should contact their account manager or business operations manager to find out if online ordering will suit their business needs.
